Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious executive suite we were upgraded to, although it was different from the photos we saw when booking. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, with some cooperativeness but lacking in offerings like tea, coffee, or cooked eggs during the mornings. The location, although slightly away from the main city, offers a central positioning and great curd rice on the room service menu. The dining experience was fantastic, though the restaurant size may not accommodate large groups comfortably.
